Credits usually take 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Your debit/credit card will be charged at the time that the order is placed. As stated elsewhere, everything that we manufacture is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we arrange the return of the nameplates and refund the purchase amount including shipping charges. A manufacturer that is confident in their product will always stand behind it. Our competitors will use phrases like “custom made” and “sale is final, not refundable”. Once you see their nameplates, it is understandable why they take this position.
