If you order displays your Package Tracking Numbers, check with the shipper to confirm that your packages were delivered. If your packages each show a status of “delivered”, please contact customer service for assistance.

Credits usually take 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).

Your debit/credit card will be charged at the time that the order is placed. As stated elsewhere, everything that we manufacture is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not completely satisfied, we arrange the return of the nameplates and refund the purchase amount including shipping charges. A manufacturer that is confident in their product will always stand behind it. Our competitors will use phrases like “custom made” and “sale is final, not refundable”. Once you see their nameplates, it is understandable why they take this position.

Email is the easiest. Due to the nature of our manufacturing process, it is not possible to answer the telephone throughout most of the day, and hiring an individual to do that would increase our costs. As with many online businesses, we use email as our primary method of communication. Should you need to reach me, you can either text or call 740.262.7136.
